Return in Store:
Items bought from KACI online can be returned/exchanged in our store within one month of your order date. After 1 month we will be unable to exchange or refund any item(s)
Please take the items you’re returning, along with the Receipt included in your parcel along with order reference number.
Please note that money will only be refunded to the card with which the item(s) were purchased. In order for a return to be processed the person named on the card must also be present.
Items bought ONLINE only can be returned using this method within 1 month of purchase. Please contact us by email prior to return. Please state name, order reference number and reason for return. If an exchange to different size or colour is required, please state this in your email. There will be a charge for delivery of exchanged item(s).
Once this has been completed please return item(s) in original packaging and to the following address:

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.
- Items must be returned unworn and in condition which they were sent.
- We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
- Returns outside the stated time frame will not be accepted and will be posted back out to the customer at their cost.
- KACI Ltd will not be liable for any packages that get lost in the post.
- Refunds will only be made to the card used to process the purchase.
- Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 7 working days for your bank to complete.
